Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to market services effectively to the USA audience.
  • Plan, Execute, and Optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Focus on identifying and generating leads while gaining a deep understanding of the NRI market in the USA.
  • If needed, take the initiative to design creatives or collaborate with a designer to produce impactful marketing materials.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.
  • Compile, distribute, and present ideas, information, and strategies.
  • Maintain websites and track data analytics..
  • Proofread creative copy.
  • Manage social media campaigns.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to improve campaign performance and efficiency continuously.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Digital marketing, Socia Media marketing, or a related field, within IT services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
