Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring in the process of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding employees.
- Capable to build a high-performing team and cultivate a strong, mature culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
-Design and facilitate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
-Keep job descriptions up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws.
-Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts professionally and confidentially.
-Develop and implement performance management systems that ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
-Regularly review and assess employee performance to support growth and development.
-Ensure all employment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
-Regularly review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and update employee handbooks accordingly.
-Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS tools and produce HR metrics and reports as required.
-Analyze employment data to support strategic planning, drive HR initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
- Should have 1-2 years in HR, Organizational Development, or related fields.Passion for building a positive and productive workplace in a startup.
- MBA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with HRIS (any tool preferred).
- Knowledge of compensation strategies, performance management, employee relations, safety practices, and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and the ability to apply this knowledge in a startup setting.
- Proven track record of fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work culture.
- Analytical skills with experience in compiling and analyzing employment data to inform strategic HR decisions.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of a startup.
